Payment Instructions

Please provide your full name and email address so you can be sent an invoice. In order to reserve a date and time advance payment is required. Once payment is made you will receive a receipt confirming your desired date and time, it will also include directions as well as consent forms that need to be filled out prior to arrival. Recommended:

• Jeans

Required:

• Close Toed Shoes (Boots if possible)

Driving Rules

When entering the property, please be sure to drive slowly (there are children & animals)

Please also be mindful to stay off grass when driving to and from the barn.

Weight Limits

We have a weight limit of 250 pounds. If the rider is over 200 pounds please mention that when you schedule your appointment so we can accommodate you.

Do you have helmets we can use?

Yes. We provide helmets for anyone who may wish to wear one. 16 and under are required to wear a helmet.

How do I make a reservation?

Please text (727)-457-8757 This is the ONLY way to make a reservation.

What if it rains?

We will ride in light rain: however, if it is raining too hard or if there is lightening within range, we will either wait until conditions improve or offer you a rain check.

What if I’m an expert rider?

We have advanced trails available at $80 a person.

Can my child ride on my horse with me?

Riding double is not allowed as it is unsafe, there can only be 1 rider per horse.

How many riders can you take at one time?

We can take 2-5 people during 1 trail

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. Please make sure everyone in your group/party wants to ride prior to booking. We do offer rain checks in certain situations. If you need to reschedule, please text us at (727)-457-8757.

Services purchased need to used within 60 days from date of purchase.

We have a 24 hour rescheduling policy, if you reschedule in less than 24 hours to the date of the trail, there will be a rebooking fee $50 dollars.

Please be prepared to show ID as well as the consent form when you arrive.

THERE IS NO SMOKING OR DRINKING WHATSOEVER ON PROPERTY!!
